As a leading aquatic facility, we offer the Royal Life Saving Society of Australia’s program for children and adults of all abilities. Come and learn the basics, develop your skills, or compete with our swim squads. Whatever your interests or abilities, we have an aquatics program for you and your family.

• Ongoing student assessments and no enrolment dates to remember
• Free spectator entry for one parent or carer during student's lessons

• Suspend for an additional six-week period throughout the year (require written notice given in-person 14 days prior to the requested suspension start date)
• Pay as you go with our convenient fortnightly direct debit payment system

Infants Swimming Lessons (6 months – 3 years old):
The infants program provides a structured group lesson according to the age of the infants.

The lessons are carried out in a relaxed, nurturing and peaceful learning environment for infants and their parent or guardian.

Our teachers will never instruct your baby to submerge, perform a back float or participate in any activity they are not ready for or happy to engage in.

All children in our infant program must wear a reusable, environmentally friendly "Happy Nappy".

Prior to the first lesson, parents are required to participate in a free introductory session conducted by our infants program staff.

Preschool and Primary Swimming Lessons:
3 - 5 years old
Our preschool-age children start to develop greater water confidence and familiarisation. They learn to interact with the group, follow basic instructions and learn independently. Preschool-age children progress from beginner level to floating and swimming unaided using basic strokes.

5 years old and over
For primary school age children the program focuses on water safety skills, stroke development and correction in order to assist in the transition to competitive swimming.

Our pool deck supervisors and swimming and water safety teachers are constantly monitoring your child's progress and will notify parents when your child is ready to progress to the next level. Upon reaching the next level, a certificate will be presented along with feedback regarding your child’s learning outcomes.

Adult Swimming Lessons:
The adult swimming and water safety program teaches adults essential skills whilst promoting their confidence, self-awareness and social interaction in an aquatic environment.

This popular program is very successful due to the low class ratios and qualified teachers experienced in instructing adults. We offer 30-minute swimming lessons at both beginner and intermediate levels.

Access and Inclusion Program:
We believe that everyone regardless of their physical or intellectual ability, should have access to potentially life-saving swimming lessons. Our access and inclusion program provides vital water safety and swimming lessons for children and adults with a disability.

This program builds aquatic skills, confidence and fitness while empowering participants to achieve their best.

Holiday Intensive Swimming Lessons:
Our holiday intensive private swimming lessons are a beneficial way to learn new skills and gain confidence in the water.

Our one-on-one private swimming lessons ensure individual results are achieved promptly. Our qualified teachers take a personal approach in delivering a high-quality and customised lesson focusing only on the student’s needs.

This program is suitable for adults and teenagers too, and is available during most school holiday periods throughout the year.
