Then our 6-week spring boot camp is the program for you! Kicking off week commencing 28th August, this 6-week program will be run in the beautiful outdoor parks surrounding the centre and will leave you feeling fit and fantastic just in time for summer.
Dates: 28th August - 8th October (first session Tuesday 29th August)
Program Details: 2 x 60-minute sessions per week (a total of 12 sessions). Sessions will focus on resistance based and metabolic conditioning.
Session Times: Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:30am - 7:30am - meet outside Cook + Phillip Park Pool
