Kait has made it back for her second session! She’s feeling confident, proud and ready for the challenge.
One thing that Kait previously said helped her along this journey was the support given by the coaches,
"They weren’t pushing me too much but were encouraging and understanding.”
We all know how intimidating it can be stepping back into a gym after so long and that is what’s so great about this program, it allows guided support through the whole process.
After her first session, the Coach asked her questions about her mindset, because before we can work on achieving physical results, we must focus on our mindset. Her coach asked questions like:
Using this information as well as Kait’s measurements and an understanding of her goals, the Coach has written her an exercise program that she is to follow during the weeks to come.
Session two is an introduction to this program and is an excellent opportunity for the Coach to demonstrate the right technique and form for all of the exercises and ensure Kait is comfortable in the gym. After that appointment, Kait will be able to start working out independently and will get closer to achieving her goal of making exercise a regular and enjoyable part of her life.
This session is all about creating a habit, Kait will commit to at least three sessions a week, that she will attend independently. Her coach will check in regularly, allowing Kait to feel supported yet accountable helping her to stick with it and create healthy habits as she progresses through this journey.
