Find out about our new Face2Face personalised fitness program, a new Cook + Phillip initiative designed to support you through your workouts and reach your fitness goals with guaranteed results! Chat to our trainers about the benefits of our Face2Face program and tips on how to stay motivated in 2017.
You will also have the opportunity to sample our brand new cardio equipment and talk to the trainers about how it can benefit your workouts. There will be small group classes demonstrating the new equipment on the day and staff will run through each piece in detail.
There will be health and nutritional talks on the day, plus breakfast for guests and giveaways.
The Wellness Day is open to everyone. Current members can come and learn about what is happening at the health club in 2017 plus bring a friend or family member along to see what the centre has to offer them.
