What's on for Seniors Week!

We’re welcoming all senior residents* to swim and exercise for free during Seniors Week from 12 – 23 February. Come down to the centre, try our facilities, meet new people or catch up with old friends. You can relax by the pool, swim laps or join a special fitness class tailored to seniors. We’re also introducing Pickleball, a fun and easy to play mashup of tennis, badminton and ping pong that will run during Seniors Week and throughout the year.        

Mon 17 Feb – 11am
Seniors can enjoy a free gold power station class; a fun group exercise class designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.

Wed 19 Feb, 10am-12 noon
Seniors are invited to try pickleball for free. It’s fun, easy to play and will have you meeting new people in no time. Please remember to make a booking with reception, and if you get hooked, you can rebook** for future weeks.

We offer a range of senior classes all year-round including Gold Power, Gold Life, Gold Flex, Shallow Aqua, Deep Aqua and Warm Aqua classes. You can find out more about our ongoing senior classes and timetable here.

*Residents require proof of age and address within the City of Sydney local government area.
**Pickleball is free for seniors during Seniors Week. From 24 Feb, Pickleball is free for members only, $7.90 for casual (adults) and $5.90 for casual (concession).
