We invite you to come and try the latest water-based fitness craze creating waves in the industry, for free!
On the 6th of March, we are offering free FloatFit classes. So, come on by and workout your core the fun way.
FloatFit takes a bodyweight workout and places you on a large floating device called an AquaBase in the middle of a swimming pool. You'll jump on the board and do a bunch of exercises like press-ups and squats. It makes working your core fun and the act of balancing on the water forces your core to work even harder. Plus, the water resistance is said to intensify muscle toning.

Each class goes for approximately 30 minutes.
Places are strictly limited. Pool entry fee applies to non-members.
